Woodcrest Chapel is an Elder-led church wherein the responsible and governing authority for the whole rests in the hands of a group of biblically qualified and affirmed by the congregation individuals serving together as a team. The staff at Woodcrest is responsible to execute the church's mission, vision, and developmental strategy on a daily basis as led by a Co-Pastor Model. These Pastors serve the church together as one in the strength of their gifting while otherwise performing pastoral duties.
