MEN HAVE MANY OPPORTUNITIES: SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, PLUS EVENTS-BASED GATHERINGS FOR LUNCHES, BASEBALL GAMES, SERVICE PROJECTS, SOME ALL-FAMILY INVITES AND MORE
Sunday evening classes for men are a drop-in Bible study. You can start anytime during the semester and you don't need to attend every week to feel connected, but you're going to want to! We are meeting in The Underground which is UNDER the staff offices and you enter on the west side of the main building...it's off of the little drive that goes between the main building and The Edge.
Our Wednesday evening group life ministry is the primary connection for men at Woodcrest, offering a safe place for them to become part of a community of men committed to being real and known on the spiritual journey. Men learn and share how to grow and mature in faith through applying biblical principles to life’s daily issues.
Wednesday 6pm -8pm on the Columbia campus for 13-week during the spring and fall semesters.
First Thursday offers a casual, safe place to experience an authentic, fun and unrehearsed room of grace where you can stumble into a conversation and instantly feel known. Stop in and discover a place that feels different for more reasons than great tasting food. All men, their colleagues, and friends are always welcome to attend this lunch and connect with other men in authentic and real relationships. Invite your friends and coworkers. No presentations or programs: just lunch and conversation with men who don’t want to "work harder" for God or "pretend" for everyone else.
Thursday 12pm in Room 3 on the Columbia campus all year on the first Thursday each month.
BOWLING, SERVICE PROJECTS, PROFESSIONAL SPORTS, LUNCHES, REGIONAL TOURS, GOLF, MOVIES, CONCERTS, ETC.
Our men's ministry also has highly relational-based events. There is no curriculum for these multi-generational outings which vary from month to month. Please email Kevin Bartolacci to get on the mailing list for upcoming events.
