Group Life

Group Life

Our spiritual growth is contingent on the consistent and purposeful application of truth. The ministries you will find listed on this page offer resources for those pursuing spiritual health.

Me & My Journey

This experience is designed to answer some deep and practical questions for our lives. Who is God, how do I relate to Him, how has God designed me, and what is my part within the church and with those around me? Receive an invite to sign the Woodcrest Core Ministry Covenant during the final class.

Fellowship Night

Come join us for a time of fellowship, food and fun! Fellowship Night begins with dinner at 6pm. ($3 donation for adults and $2 donation for children). Extended worship time at 7pm with music and communion concluding at 8pm. Look forward to seeing you!

Restore

God cares deeply for each of us, and when we hurt, He hurts.
The ministries you will find listed on this page offer help to those who are hurting.

RECOVERY

Recovery Ministry at Woodcrest exists to help hurting people find hope, healing, and health in Christ by breaking through the emotional barriers and addictive behaviors that keep us from relating fully with God and each other.

Serve

Serve

Woodcrest is sustained by volunteers! Over 300 volunteers are needed on both campuses to accomplish a "normal" weekend … not to mention the countless others serving throughout any given week.

CREATIVE ARTS

Are you an artist, be it musical, technical, theater or film? The Creative Arts Teams are always in need of talented, committed volunteers to serve on the weekends and at Community Live! Volunteers are needed in Columbia and Jefferson City.

If you would like to talk to someone about volunteer opportunities, please fill out the form below and someone will contact you.

WEEKEND VOLUNTEERS

The guest relations team is all about making people feel welcome. Included in this team are our greeters, ushers, "bucket-passers," bookstore, and coffee volunteers. If you’re looking for an easy way to get started serving, then this team is for you.

Kidcrest

Children’s Ministry at Woodcrest is all about connecting kids to God in a fun way. The experience is fun for those serving and for the kids you get to spend an hour with once a week. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available, from teaching and shepherding, to working at the check-in desk. Help is always needed on both campuses!

STUDENT MINISTRY

Woodcrest Student Ministry is committed to helping students find truth by giving them the tools to explore the claims of Christ for themselves. The experience is life-changing for students and those who walk alongside them as mentors and friends.
