Leadership Woodcrest is designed to provide vital foundational information for emerging leaders.
Ministry team leaders are invited to participate in these classes. In addition to the semester classes, participants go out into the community for missions projects and to visit area churches to experience different styles of worship. Leadership Woodcrest gives you the chance to become better oriented to the ministry culture of our church. Through informative and engaging class discussions and homework assignments, you will be challenged to think about God's direction for your life as you discover where you passion lies. You will have the opportunity to grow personally as you examine: * What it will cost you to follow His lead.
* How God has designed you.
* What leading looks like. As the discussion moves into the area of teamwork, you will learn more about Woodcrest through topics including:
* Why we do what we do.
* How we measure success.
