Maris serves as Rod's assistant and the staff "mom." She is a peacemaker at heart and works diligently to meet people's personal needs in times of crisis. She is gifted in administration and passionate about developing leaders. Maris and her husband, Royce, have two grown daughters - Marissa and Karissa - and a kennel full of black labs! Maris has been on staff since June of 1997.
